Marriage and Family Therapist

Linda M. Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Ms. Anderson has been a practicing therapist for thirty years. She works with families, couples, adolescents, and children. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution based therapy, behavioral therapy, and systems oriented family therapy, Ms. Anderson helps clients develop positive goals and learn skills to reach these goals.

Ms. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Tennessee and a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee. She also completed course work toward her doctoral degree in counseling at the University of Florida. Ms. Anderson is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She has taught workshops in family therapy for mental health professionals for many years. She also provides education seminars in parenting, ADHD, and anger management for local school and organizations.
